I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Very informative, they were there via text through the whole process making sure everything was going smoothly and to add tips to help with the process. Even though the process seemed to be overwhelming at first, Mr. Cole assured me that it is a simple process. Detailed instruction with pictures where left to help with the process as well. Mr. Cole also had suggestions for follow up care afterwards to make sure there is not a repeat infestation. They help us save potentially thousands of dollars by supplying the equipment and doing the treatment ourselves. Mr. Cole seems truly passionate about helping and being there for his customers.
