Excellent service. Owner Jacob was very informative and helpful. One heater was even a “super heater” w 2x the power, that really helped. And the 100’ power cords. There was a snafu around having the infrared laser temperature meter so he had Amazon deliver another the same day. And a delay getting the heaters, so he gave me a few additional days no charge. And he has a 30-day guarantee, that’s awesome. Overall would defiantly use again (but hopefully never will need to ;)

They answered all my questions when I called. They delivered the heaters and fan early and answered even more questions. They gave us detailed instructions on use. Talking with BBHOD helped calm my fear of living with and being bitten by pest. Having bed bugs make you paranoid. I told them I still intended to do chemical treatment after the heat. They told me about less harsh options for humans. Their professionalism, low cost, friendliness and patience definitely earned them a referral.

The technicians who delivered the equipment took the time to set it up and demonstrate how to use the equipment and gave suggestions. They even gave travel tips to avoid future problems. Bed Bug heaters Dallas was a god send. I own a few properties in the DFW area and had an infestation with bed bugs at one of the houses I thought it would cost thousands to get rid of them then I found them. The technician came and showed me how to set everything up he made it extremely easy for me and now the home is bed bug free. I will definitely be using them again and if you are having the same problem I suggest you do the same!!
