This company was GREAT! I highly recommend them to control and get rid of those terrible bed bugs. It’s enough having to deal with them but it makes it so much better when you have a company that truly cares. With the social distancing they were professional by showing us how to hook up and operate the machines. They checked in on us throughout the treatment and suggested other things to use to get rid of the problem. Unfortunately, I’ll have to use their services again however, I know I won’t have to look for another company!

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Very informative, they were there via text through the whole process making sure everything was going smoothly and to add tips to help with the process. Even though the process seemed to be overwhelming at first, Mr. Cole assured me that it is a simple process. Detailed instructions with pictures where left to help with the process as well. Mr. Cole also had suggestions for follow up care afterwards to make sure there is not a repeat infestation. They help us save potentially thousands of dollars by supplying the equipment and doing the treatment ourselves. Mr. Cole seems truly passionate about helping and being there for his customers. I highly recommend using this company!
