Never in my life had I needed to deal with destroying bed bugs but we discovered a problem when our ac unit went out in our home, when it rains it pours. I looked for several options to kill them and found heat treatment to be the most effective and safest for my family and animals. I called immediately after seeing the rental cost and the 5 star reviews. I called late on a Monday evening and had the heater by Wednesday morning, both the customer service representative on the phone and the technician who came out to deliver and set up the heater and fans were superbly professional and took time to answer ALL my questions and even check on us throughout the process. I believe we eradicated them all but plan on doing it again in 2 to 3 weeks just to be safe. I have a child with a cancer diagnosis so chemically treating our home is not an option for us. I am impressed with how they run their business and the quality of care I received. I had a small bed bug problem in my daughters bedroom. I called and they promptly answered and set me up with the next available opening. Two days later they arrived, set-up the equipment and explained what I needed to do over the next 24 hours. It was easy to monitor and handle on my own - although they checked in with me a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The outcome was exactly what I expected - killing those little nasty bugs. They promptly picked up the equipment 24 hours later and offered advice on what to do next. I wish all businesses would operate this efficiently and with so much courtesy. Don’t hesitate to call them if you have any bed bug issues.
